Tenders Are Invited For Providing Sports And Recreational Services For Employees Of The District Prosecutors Office In Poznań And Subordinate Units

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Providing Access To Sports And Recreational Facilities And Activities For Employees Employed By The District Prosecutors Office In Poznań And Accompanying Persons, Together With The Delivery Of Subscription Cards Authorizing The Use Of Recreational And Sports Services, Of A Varied Nature In The Form Of A Sports Package As Part Of A Monthly Subscription, On The Basis Of Which The Following Will Be Entitled To Use Access To All Offered Facilities: A) The Ordering Partys Employees: • Employed Under An Employment Contract Throughout The Entire Period Of Employment (I.E. Also During The Notice Period), Regardless Of The Type Of Contract (Indefinite-Term, Fixed-Term, Replacement Period) And Working Time, Excluding Employees On Unpaid Leave Other Than Parental Leave And Longer Than 30 Days, Days,B) Children Of The Ordering Partys Employees, I.E. The Employees Own Children And Children Adopted Or Accepted For Upbringing Within A Foster Family, And Children Of The Second Spouse Up To 15 Years Of Age, Who Will Be Entitled To Enter And Use Classes;C) Children Of The Ordering Partys Employees, I.E. The Employees Own Children And Children Adopted Or Accepted For Upbringing Within A Foster Family, And Children Of The Second Spouse From The Age Of 15 To The Age Of 26;D) Accompanying Persons Indicated By An Employee Of The Ordering Party Who Are Not The Employees Children Listed In Point B And C.;E) Accompanying Persons Over 60 Years Of Age (Senior) Indicated By The Ordering Partys Employee.
