The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Paved Road With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure In Stalowa Street And Part Of Motoryzacyjna Street In Oleśnica Along With Obtaining A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (In Accordance With The Act On Specific Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads). The Study Area Is Located In The Area Covered By The Local Development Plan For The Area Located In The Area Of ​​Krzywoustego Street In Oleśnica, Adopted By Resolution Of The Oleśnica City Council No. X/63/2011. At The Same Time, Work Is Being Carried Out On Changing The Local Development Plan For The Area In Question. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Design Documentation Taking Into Account The Solutions Adopted In The Draft Of The New Local Development Plan, Which Constitutes An Annex To This Description Of The Subject Of The Order. If A New Local Development Plan Covering The Area Covered By The Study Is Adopted During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Adopted Design Solutions Consistent With The Provisions Of The Applicable Local Plan, Without Additional Remuneration, Provided That These Changes Do Not Result In A Significant Change In The Scope Of The Study. Stalowa (Marked In The Draft Local Development Plan As 2.Kdw/P) Along Its Entire Length, Excluding Approximately 10 M At The Point Of Connection To The Planned Oleśnica Bypass (In Order To Avoid Future Reconstruction), As An Asphalt Road 6.0 M Wide And Approx. 490 M Long, Along With An Asphalt Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, As Well As Low Greenery That Does Not Require Frequent Maintenance And Spot Plantings Of Trees (If Possible).
