The Procedure Is Broken Down Into Two Distinct Phases: - This Call For Applications Phase At The End Of Which The Candidates Admitted To Submit An Offer Will Be Selected; The Companies Consultation File Will Be Sent To Them (Expected Date: 09/10/2026). - A Second Offer Phase At The End Of Which The Successful Bidder(S) Will Be Chosen.
