The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Personnel Funds Lending And Account Services System Solution, Which Is An Established Solution On The Market, And Which Does Not Require Unnecessary Development Work. The Solution Must Include At Least An Online Service For Customers, Reporting, Production Of Accounting Material, Integration, Etc. Accounting System And Maintenance Services. The Solution Can Consist Of Several Components, Which Must Form A Functionally Coherent Whole. The Acquisition Includes Technology, Implementation, Implementation, Continuous Software Service, User Rights, Support, Maintenance, Further Development And Other Expert Services Related To The Use And Development Of The Solution. From A Process Perspective, The Solution To Be Acquired Includes Basic Data Management (E.G. Customer Data, Interest Rate Data), Personnel Fund Processes (Account Management, Money Deposits And Withdrawals, Payments, Loan Management, Reconciliation Of Transactions To Accounting), Reporting And Printouts (E.G. Account Statements, Certificates). The System Must Produce Input For The Creation Of Accounting Material In The External System. The Input Rules Must Be Defined In The System. The Solution To Be Procured Must Meet The Regulations Of The Municipalities And Accounting Act And The Recommendations Of The Association Of Municipalities, E.G. Regarding Retention Periods And Reconciliations. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Introduce A Stable And Data-Secure Saas-Based System Complex That Supports The Central Processes Of The Personnel Fund, Improves Transactions In Different Service Channels, Automates Operations, Integrates With Central City Systems And Meets The Requirements Of Legislation, Data Protection And Information Security. The Goal Is Also To Ensure The Continuity Of The Service, Good Usability And Efficient Maintenance And Further Development In Such A Way That The Solution Utilizes Ready-Made Functionalities As Widely As Possible. The Delivery And Commissioning Project Is Estimated To Start In 2026. The Current System Is Estimated To Deliver Until The End Of 2027, And The Target Commissioning Of The New System Is January 1, 2028 At The Latest. The Agreement Is Valid For A Fixed Period Until Two (2) Years Have Passed From The Moment Of Implementation And Continues Thereafter With Indefinite Termination Conditions.
