The Purpose Of This Public Contract Is To Carry Out Planned Ordinary Maintenance (Mop) Services, Corrective Maintenance (In The Event Of Breakdown/Damage And With Possible Supply Of Equipment) And Progressive Maintenance, For Telt Headquarters And Sites In Italy. Routine Planned Maintenance Includes All Planned And Cyclical Activities Necessary To Maintain The Efficiency And Safety Of Facilities And Structures. Corrective Maintenance Includes Repair Interventions Following Breakdowns Or Malfunctions Which Reduce Or Prevent The Normal Operation Of Installations, Systems Or Technical Components. Evolutionary Maintenance Includes All Interventions To Adapt, Improve Or Functionally Restore Facilities And Spaces, Which Go Beyond Ordinary Maintenance; These Interventions Aim To Adapt Workplaces, Installations Or Technical Equipment To The New Operational, Organizational Or Regulatory Requirements Of Telt, And May Include, For Example: • The Creation Or Removal Of Interior Partitions And False Ceilings, • The Replacement, Integration Or Updating Of Installation And Technical Components Which Are No Longer Repairable.
