The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of An Articulated, Wheeled Loader With A Diesel Engine With A Power Of Not Less Than 142 Kw In The Form Of Operational Leasing With A Purchase Option, Meeting Applicable European Standards In The Field Of Exhaust Emissions And Occupational Safety. In The Classification Of Fixed Assets, The Ordering Party Classified The Subject Of The Order As A Machine For Earthworks And Foundation Works With The Symbol 580. 2. The Articulated Loader Delivered As Part Of The Order Must Be New (Year Of Production - Not Older Than 2026), Fully Operational And Free From Defects That Prevent It From Being Used As Intended. 3. The Required Technical Parameters And Equipment Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Detail In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Form: Technical Parameters And Equipment - Column 2 Of The Table). 4. Terms Of Operational Leasing A) Duration Of The Leasing Agreement: 5 Years (60 Months). B) Variable Monthly Leasing Installments In Accordance With The Schedule (Lease Installment Means An Installment With A Variable Interest Rate During The Term Of The Leasing Agreement, Wibor1m).
