An Interim Container Facility Is To Be Built On The Companys Own Property Owned By The Federal Agency For Real Estate Tasks (Client, Hereinafter Referred To As Ag) Hersfelder Straße 3, 36433 Bad Salzungen, Which Is Used As A Barracks. As An Interim Container Facility (Accommodation And Office Area) With Around 7,000 Square Meters Will Be Built For A Period Of 22 Months. (See Annex 02 Site Plan With Floor Plan Sketch) Provided The Quality Meets The Requirements Described Below, The Bidder Is Free To Also Offer Used Containers That Are Considered As New. The Rental Should Take Place As Quickly As Possible. The Maximum Period From The Award Of The Contract To The Handover Of The Ready-To-Use Container System Is 22 Weeks. The Contractor Carries Out All Work, Services And Deliveries That Are Required In Accordance With This Tender For The Turnkey, Functional, Defect-Free, On-Time, Move-In And Operational Construction Of The Construction Project: - Including All Planning, Monitoring, Coordination, Expert And Testing Services To Be Provided, Unless Otherwise Described - Including All Supply And Disposal Lines From The Respective Handover Point. The System Is Rented By The Client For A Period Of 22 Months. It Must Then Be Dismantled.
