The Subject Of The Order Is Management And Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Task During The Implementation Of The Works Under The Project: Construction Of A Section Of The Railway Line From The Modlin Station To The Mazowiecki Airport (Mpl) Warsaw/Modlin And Construction Of The Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy (Mpl) Warsaw/Modlin Railway Station, Including: 1) Basic Scope - Management And Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Contracts During The Implementation Of The Works Under The Project: Construction Of A Section Of The Railway Line From The Modlin Station To The Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy (Mpl) Warsaw/Modlin And The Construction Of The Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy (Mpl) Warsaw/Modlin Railway Station, In Particular Consisting Of: A) Performing The Function Of The Engineer In Accordance With The Agreement (Constituting Volume Ii Of The Swz) And The Construction Contract (Indicated In The Terms And Conditions Of The Agreement); B) Material And Financial Management, In Particular Comprehensive Service Of The Construction Contract In Terms Of Its Settlement, Monitoring And Material And Financial Reporting; C) Technical Management, Including Performing The Duties Of The Investors Supervision Inspector For The Construction Contract; D) Management, Including Coordination Of The Construction Contract Concluded Under The Project; E) Conducting Environmental Supervision (In The Scope Of Controlling The Impact Of The Construction Process On, Among Others, Surface And Underground Waters, Noise, Air, Land Surface, Waste Management, Greenery Management) And Environmental Supervision, In Accordance With The Decision On Environmental Conditions, Provisions Agreeing The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Project And Other Administrative Decisions In This Regard. 2) Option Right - Term Option Right For The Basic Scope, Consisting In Extending The Period Of Providing The Investor Supervision Service For A Period Not Longer Than 12 Months.
