It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Financial Application. With This Tender, The Contracting Authority Aims To Contract A Supplier For The Supply, Implementation And Management Of One Financial System According To The Saas Principle With Associated Services. This Means That The Application Does Not Run Locally On The Systems Of The Contracting Authority, But Externally On The Servers Of The Supplier To Be Contracted. The Most Important Specifications Of The New Financial System To Be Delivered Are: • The Application Is A So-Called Software As A Service (Saas) Application; • The Application Can Be Provided With (Automated) Links With Other Systems Used By The Contracting Authority. The Agreement Consists Of The Implementation Period And The Management Period. The Implementation Period Starts After Signing The Agreement By Both Parties And Ends After Acceptance Of The Implementation, After Which The Management Period Begins. The Planned Start Date Of The Management Period Is January 1, 2028. The Term Of The Agreement Is Set At 4 Years And Therefore Ends On December 31, 2031. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Unilaterally Extend The Term Of The Agreement 4 Times For A Period Of 2 Years. The Total Duration Of The Agreement Will Be A Maximum Of 12 Years. The Agreement Ends By Operation Of Law At The End Of The Term, On December 31, 2039.
