Data Network Management And Support Services – Maintenance Service For The Communication And Network Equipment Of The Budgetary It Office Destined For The General Intervention Of The State Administration. The Maintenance Service Of Communications Equipment And Network Management Services Intended For Users Of The Budgetary Administration (Made Up Of The Secretary Of State For Budgets And Expenditures, The General Secretariat Of European Funds And The General Intervention Of The State Administration Itself), Managed By Division Iv Of Operation Of The Budgetary Informatics Office (Hereinafter, Oip). The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Technical Support Service For Communications And Network Management Equipment, Both At The Hardware And Software Level, That Guarantees Its Safe And Continued Operation, From January 4, 2027 To March 13, 2028. The Contract Does Not Contemplate, In Any Case, The Supply Or Replacement Of New Communications Or Network Management Equipment. All The Services Object Of This Contract, With The Exception Of The Secure Internet Browsing Service That Is Provided In Saas In The Cloud, Are Installed In The Offices Of The Budgetary Administration, In Its Two Data Processing Centers (Hereinafter, Cpd), Located In Madrid. Likewise, The Technical Support Service Of The Oip Security Platforms Will Be Included, On A Temporary Basis, During The Period Of Adaptation Of These Services To The Centralized Services Of The Cocs Of The Age, Which Will Be Addressed During The Period Of Validity Of This Contract, Depending On The Availability Of The Aead (State Agency For Digital Administration) And As Long As The Aforementioned Services Offer Security Protection Equivalent Or Superior To That Provided By The Igae Equipment. Specifically, It Is Intended To Contract A Comprehensive Support Service That Covers The Following Services: - 24X7 Technical Support Service For The San Network Platform. - 24X7 Technical Support Service For Ip Network Management Platforms (Dns, Dhcp And Ipam), Load Balancing, And Application Publishing. - 24X7 Technical Support Service For Perimeter Security Platforms (Firewall), Application Web Firewall And Secure Internet Browsing. - Preventive, Corrective And Perfective Maintenance Service For All The Platforms Described. Comprehensive Maintenance Will Cover Preventive, Corrective And Perfective Maintenance Actions Of The Systems Described. Likewise, It Will Include The Tasks Of Planning, Coordination, Reporting To The Oip And The Other Services Necessary For The Execution Of The Service, The Development Of Which Is Presented In The Different Sections Of The Technical Prescription Document (Ppt).
