Specifically, The Evaluation Should Achieve The Following Results: - Review Of The Adequacy Of The Iki Target System And Its Suitability With Regard To Achieving The Intended Effects - Review Of Progress In Achieving The Intended Effects Of The Iki, As Defined In The Impact Logic. - Review Of The Degree Of Achievement Of The Goals Set In The Iki Strategy As Well As Determination And Review Of The Intended Effects Of The Iki That Have Already Been Achieved - Assessment Of The Relevance Of The Iki In The Context Of National And International Climate And Biodiversity Policy As Well As For The Needs Of Political Partners And Target Groups In The Partner Countries. - Surveying The Needs Of The Iki Target Groups And Partner Countries And Comparing The Needs With The Target System And Effects - Evaluating The Efficiency Of The Iki With Regard To The Efficiency Of Implementation And Measures. - Assessment Of Planning And Control, Including How The Funding Program Works; Identification Of Learning Points From The Ikis Previous Operational Experiences With Regard To Good Practice And Necessary Improvements. - The Assessment Of The Coherence Of The Iki With Projects Among Themselves And With Projects Of Other German And International Donors (Especially Bmz) In The Partner Countries.
