Technical Inspection Services – Additional Investigation, Location And Marking/Stakeout Services In The Territory Of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Urban Community. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Provide Additional Investigation, Location And Network Marking/Staking Services Necessary For The Completion Of Infrastructure And Network Works Operations Undertaken By Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine (Pmmcu). This Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With Several Holders (Maximum Of 3 Economic Operators) Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Offers. It Will Result In The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, Called Order Service Orders. The Holders Will Be Allocated The Purchase Orders According To The So-Called “Cascade” Method Under The Conditions Set Out In Article 1.4 Of The Ccap. The Maximum Order Amount For The Initial Period Of The Framework Agreement Is 290,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Amounts Will Be Identical For Each Renewal Period
