The Development Of Complete Project Documentation And The Provision Of Other Performance And Services For The Subsequent Implementation Of The Construction Will Be In The Scope And Manner Determined By The Relevant Provisions Of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., On Territorial Planning And Building Regulations, As Amended, Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., On Construction Documentation And Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., On Determining The Scope Of Documentation For Public Contracts For Construction Works And List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions. The Detailed Specification And Scope Of The Pd Being Processed Is Contained In The Appendices Of This Procurement Documentation, I.E. Appendix Appendix No. 2 - Draft Contract For The Work Including Their Attachments And Appendix No. 3 - Technical Documentation.
