The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Geodetic Services For A Period Of 48 Months For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Kranj. The Public Procurement In Question Includes The Following Services: Execution Of Geodetic Surveys, Stakes, Geodetic Plans, Subdivisions, Boundary Regulation And Other Geodetic Services Necessary For The Preparation And Implementation Of Municipal Investment Projects And Real Estate Management. The Contracting Authority Cannot Define The Exact Scope Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, So It Concludes A Framework Agreement. Within The Scope Of The Public Contract In Question, The Client Will Order Various Geodetic Services Based On His Needs. The Client Will Enter Into A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of 7 Providers, Who Will Submit Acceptable And Economically Most Advantageous Offers Or With Fewer Bidders If He Receives Less Than 7 Admissible Bids. If Only One Or Two Offers Are Admissible, The Client Reserves The Right To Repeat The Public Procurement Due To Insufficient Competition.
