The Investment Will Be Implemented On The Property Located At Ul. Strzelecka In Kraków, On Plots No. 28/4 And 28/3, Registration District 0051, Registration Unit 126105_9, Kraków-Śródmieście Branch Office. 4. The Investment Is Located Within The Historic Urban Layout Of The Wesoła Area, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments By Decision Of February 16, 1984, Under Number A-650, And In The Very Center Of The City Of Krakow. Phase I - Design, Including The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Enabling Obtaining A Final Decision On The Building Permit, Implementation Of Construction Works And Putting The Facility Into Use, Including In Particular: A) Preparation Of A Construction Design Including A Land Development Design (Pzt), Architectural And Construction Design (Pab) And All Studies, Analyses, Expert Opinions, Opinions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions, Permits, Consents And Administrative Decisions Required By Law Or By Competent Public Administration Bodies, B) Preparation Of A Technical Design Together With With All Required Industry Studies, C) Based On The Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party, Obtaining The Final Decision On The Construction Permit, D) Preparing A Medical Technology Design Along With The Arrangement, Parameterization And Installation Requirements For Medical Devices And Equipment, E) Developing A Detailed Specification Of Non-Medical Equipment, Including Furniture, Social, Administrative, Technical, It Equipment And Other Equipment Necessary For The Operation Of The Facility, Along With Determining The Technical Parameters, Quantity, Installation Requirements And Location, F) Preparation Of Detailed Designs, G) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Cost Estimates, Material And Financial Schedule And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Where Cost Estimates And The Material And Financial Schedule Must Separate Material And Financial Scopes Corresponding To The Sources Of Financing Indicated By The Ordering Party, H) Preparation Of Visualizations In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Fup And The Agreement, And
