(Numbering In Accordance With Swz) 4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Animation, Educational And Cultural Activities Integrating The Inhabitants Of The Project 9 Rocł Area And Its Immediate Vicinity, Increasing Their Social Potential, Strengthening Their Interest And Encouraging Them To Use The Public Spaces Of The Area In The Form Of Events, Workshops And Activities In Urban Space. The Order Is Aimed At Activating Residents, Strengthening Social Bonds And Increasing Interest In Using Publicly Available Urban Spaces. The Order Consists Of 17 Tasks In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order. 4.2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Template In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 7.2 In Connection With Art. 5K Of Regulation (Eu) No. 833/2014 Concerning Restrictive Measures In Connection With Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine And Pursuant To Art. 7 Section 1 Of The Act Of April 13, 2022 On Special Solutions For Counteracting Support For Aggression Against Ukraine And For The Protection Of National Security (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 514), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act, Public Procurement Proceedings Conducted On The Basis Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law, The Following Are Excluded: 7.2.1 Pursuant To Art. 5K Of Council Regulation (Eu) No. 833/2014 Of 31/07/2014 Concerning Restrictive Measures In View Of Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine, It Is Prohibited To Award Or Continue To Perform Any Public Contracts Or Concessions Falling Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement Directives To Or With The Participation Of: A) Russian Citizens, Natural Persons Residing In Russia Or Legal Persons, Entities Or Bodies Established In Russia; (B) Legal Persons, Entities Or Bodies Whose Ownership Rights, Directly Or Indirectly, Belong To More Than 50% Of The Natural Or Legal Person, Entity Or Body Referred To In Point (A). (A) Or (C) Natural Or Legal Persons, Entities Or Bodies Acting On Behalf Of Or Under The Direction Of A Natural Or Legal Person, Entity Or Body Referred To In Point (A).
