Electricity - Delivery Of Net Electricity On The Free Market And Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Bregovo For Objects Connected To Low Voltage. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy By A Contractor, Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, For Low Voltage With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Assuming The Costs Of Imbalances For The Needs Of The Objects Of The Municipality Of Bregovo. During The Delivery, Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And Electric Energy Should Be Delivered With Quality And In Order, As Provided For In The Energy Act (E) And The Other Legal Acts That Regulate Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electric Energy (Including The Regulations To E, The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee) And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electric Energy (Pikee). As A Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, The Contractor Should Assume The Responsibility For Balancing, To Include The Employer In The Balancing Energy Market As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group, Without The Employer Having To Pay A Participation Fee. The Contractor Assumes All The Imbalances Of Electricity To Be Supplied For The Duration Of The Contract, Based On The Amounts Consumed For The Previous 12 Months For The Employer, Stated In The Participation Documentation And Is In The Amount Of 1,600.00 Mwh For 24 Months. The Amount Of Electricity Is Indicative And Serves Only For The Purposes Of This Order. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Consumption For The Duration Of The Contract Does Not In Any Way Commit The Client To Use It, Nor Does It In Any Way Limit The Clients Consumption Within Its Framework, As The Contractor Undertakes To Supply The Necessary Amount Of Electricity For A Day, For A Month Or For The Entire Period Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Activities Subject To This Public Tender Is Contained In The Instructions For Participation, The Technical Specification And The Draft Contract.
