The Aim Of The Procedure Is To Award The Property Planning Services For Buildings And Interiors In Accordance With Section 34Ff Hoai For The Fire Protection And Safety Upgrade Of The Hall And Kitchen Of The Bsz “Julius Weisbach” In Freiberg And Associated Special Services. The Project Framework Includes The Comprehensive Structural, Energetic And Functional Renovation Of The Cafeteria Structure Of The “Julius Weisbach” Vocational School Center In Freiberg. The Measure Includes The Modernization Of The Hall/Auditorium, Kitchen And All Associated Functional Areas As Well As The Adaptation To The Requirements Of A Modern Cafeteria And Event Operation. Completion And Commissioning Is Scheduled For December 2028. A Net Amount Of 1,811,420 Euros And (In Kg 400) A Net Amount Of 1,391,896 Euros Are Available For The Project In The Cost Groups (Kg 300). The Central Components Are The Complete Renovation Of The Technical Systems, The New Construction Of The Roof Structure, Fire Protection Upgrades Including The Optimization Of Escape And Rescue Routes As Well As The Improvement Of The Room Acoustics And The Building Physics Properties. The Hall Is Being Redesigned, Receiving New Surfaces And Acoustically Effective Equipment; The Kitchen Is Functionally Reorganized And Completely Modernized. The Commissioning Takes Place Gradually According To The Individual Service Phases (Hereinafter Referred To As Lp). After The Award Process Has Been Completed, The Initial Plan Is To Commission Lps 2 To 3 And Associated Special Services.
