Environmental Engineering Consultancy Services – Active Protection Activities In Nature Reserves - Mowing Meadows - As Part Of The Project Entitled: Implementation Of Active Protection Activities In Natura 2000 Areas (Doc). 1. The Order Includes The Implementation Of Active Protection Activities Consisting In Mowing The Area And Removing Seedlings Of Trees And Shrubs As Well As Removing The Biomass Generated During The Works. Protective Activities Will Be Carried Out On Areas Located Within The Boundaries Of Nature Reserves: 1) Łęg Korea (0.32 Ha) - Also Located In The Natura 2000 Area Łęgi Odrzańskie (Plc020002), 2) Wąwóz Siedmicki (1.53 Ha) - Also Located In The Natura 2000 Area Góry I Pogórze Kaczawskie (Plh020037), 3) Brzeźnik (0.93 Ha) - Also Located In The Natura 2000 Area Dolina Dolnej Kwisy (Plh020050). 2. The Order Includes In Particular: 1) A Meeting With The Employers Representative At The Place Of Work In Order To Indicate The Area To Be Mowed, 2) Mowing Of Meadow Areas In Accordance With The Detailed Scope Of Work, 3) Removal Of Biomass Generated During The Work And Its Management In Accordance With Legal Regulations, 4) Cleaning Up The Area. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 1 To The Specification. 4. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Need To Transfer Intellectual Property Rights To The Completed Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Contractual Conditions Is Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To The Specification. 5. The Ordering Party Specifies The Activities Within The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order That Require The Employment Of Persons By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code - Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (Mowing). A Detailed Description Of How To Document Employment Under An Employment Contract, The Employers Rights, And Sanctions For Failure To Employ Under An Employment Contract Are Included In The Appendix To The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Specification.
