Road Transport Services - Sanitary Transport Service For The District Hospital In Chrzanów - Case No.: 85/2026. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Sanitary Transport Services For Patients Of The District Hospital In Chrzanów By Appropriately Qualified Personnel, Using Appropriate Means Of Transport, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Order Includes Sanitary Transport Performed By A Sanitary (Rescue) Transport Team Consisting Of Two People: A Rescuer, A Driver-Rescuer, In Particular A Patient From The Hospital To Another Medical Facility And Back, Transport To And From The Place Indicated In The Order. The Service Is Provided On Call 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week.
