Imaging Equipment For Medical, Dental And Veterinary Use - Purchase And Delivery Of Magnetic Resonance As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Titled Equipment Of The Integrated Operating Theater In The Provincial Hospital In Kielce. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of A Magnetic Resonance Imaging System Together With Dedicated Equipment And Software, As Well As Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Following Stages: Stage I - Delivery And Installation By The Contractor Of The Device And Equipment. Stage Ii - Cooperation Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party In Obtaining All Required Acceptances, Opinions, Arrangements And Approvals, In Particular Those Resulting From The Provisions Of Construction Law, Sanitary Law, Radiological Protection Law And Other Relevant Regulations. As Part Of The Implementation Of Stage Ii, The Ordering Party Expects To Obtain A Positive Decision Authorizing The Use Of The Mri Laboratory And The Device, And Then, After Obtaining The Appropriate Decision, The Device Will Be Launched.
