Load-Bearing Structure Design Services - Specialist Planning, Structural Planning Lph 1-6 According To Par. 49 For The New Construction Of An Extension Building With An Integrated Triple Gymnasium For The Josef-Hofmiller-Gymnasium, Freising, Including The Demolition Of Existing Buildings On The School Grounds. The Freising District Intends To Expand The Josef-Hofmiller-Gymnasium In Freising At The Underlying School Location. Due To The Increasing Number Of Students, There Is A Need For Additional Space, Particularly For Classrooms, Specialist Areas And Teacher Areas. The Existing School Complex Has Been Built In Several Construction Phases Since 1960 And Has Functional Deficits, Structural Defects And Inadequate Spatial Organization. At The Same Time, There Is A Significant Need For Renovation Of The Existing Buildings. The Existing Swimming And Sports Hall Is Structurally Severely Damaged And Is No Longer Used. -- As Part Of The Feasibility Study Carried Out In 2024/2025, Four Possible Variants Of Implementing This Project Were Considered. The Ag Has Already Decided That The Sports Hall (As In The Variant C/D Under Consideration) Should Be Integrated Into The Extension Building. The Measure Includes The Following Key Project Components: • Demolition Of The Existing Swimming And Sports Hall As Well As Other Sub-Areas • New Construction Of A School Extension In Combination With A Sports Hall Including The Scientific Rooms • Reorganization And Qualification Of The Outdoor Facilities And Sports Areas -- The Planning Goals Are Based On Variant D Of The Feasibility Study. This Provides A Compact, Integrated Solution That Minimizes Space Consumption, In Which The School Extension And Sports Hall Are Combined In One Building. Essential Features: • Terraced Building Transverse To The Existing Building, Embedded In The Slope • Integration Of The Sports Hall Into The Topography From The Ground Floor Level • Above Ground 3- To 4-Storey Height Development Adapted To The Existing Building • Multiple Functional Links With The Existing Building (Connecting Building/Bridge) A Development Plan Is Available For The Area. A Project-Related Development Plan Still Needs To Be Drawn Up. The Process For Creating This Project-Related Development Plan Is Carried Out By The City Of Freising. These Services Are Advertised And Awarded By The City Of Freising. In Order To Make Space For The New Building, Existing Buildings And Part Of The Existing School Building Must Be Demolished. The Necessary Demolition Work Includes The Building Part “Component B, West” (Built In 1959), The Multi-Purpose Hall With Swimming Pool And The Double Sports Hall (Built In 1972) As Well As The Caretaker’S House With 4 Residential Units And Garages. This Demolition Will Take Place Before The Start Of The New Building. The Demolition And New Construction Must Be Carried Out While The School Is In Operation. The Demolition Statics Are Part Of The Contractors Required Services And Are Already Taken Into Account In The Provisional Billable Costs Of The Specialist Structural Planning. The Contractor Must Plan The Shoring Of The Excavation Pit In Accordance With Section 41 Hoai 2021 Civil Engineering Structures. This Is Considered A Separate Object.
