The Subject Of This Tender Is The Services Of Specialist Planning For Building Physics In Accordance With Annex 1.2.2 Hoai, Service Phases 1 To 7, For The New Regional Supplier Building For The Ostalb Clinics At The Essingen Location. The Scope Of The Services To Be Provided By The Contractor Results From The Draft Contract And The Appendices. The Contractor Must Carefully Check The Contract Components With The Expertise Of An Experienced Specialist Planner For Contradictions, Gaps, Errors, Inconsistencies And Ambiguities And Immediately Point These Out To The Client In Writing.
