The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Modernization Of The Teaching Part Of The A2 And Cd Building In Terms Of Lecture Rooms In The Design And Build Formula - Science And Knowledge Exchange Zone Project. The Work Will Be Carried Out As Part Of Task No. 2 Of The Science And Knowledge Exchange Zone Project (Investment Financed From The State Budget). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program With Annexes. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Tor Is Used To Define The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, It Is Intended To Clarify The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Offers Equivalent To Those Described By Indicating Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Provided That The Proposed Solutions Will Have At Least The Same Features/Functional Parameters As Indicated In The Swz, And The Quality Of Which Is Not Inferior To The Quality Specified In The Product Specification. If Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. In Accordance With All Trademarks, Patents Or Certificates Of Origin, Source Or Specific Process, As Well As Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Tender Documentation, The Words Or Equivalent Are Added. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers Are Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. If The Offer Includes Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer Form Or In A Separate Annex To The Offer, By Providing At Least: The Name Of The Ict Product, Service Or Process, Manufacturer Or Supplier, Model, Type Or Version - If Applicable - And The Function That The Given Product, Service Or Ict Process Performs As Part Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract. If The Offer Does Not Include Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes, The Contractor Shall Submit An Appropriate Declaration In The Offer Form By Placing An X In The Appropriate Line Of The Table. If The Contractor Is Unable To Indicate Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes In Its Offer On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, The Contractor Shall Submit An Appropriate Declaration In The Offer Form By Placing An X In The Appropriate Line Of The Table.
