Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity Along With The Distribution Service To The Ordering Partys Facilities In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law. 4.1.1. The Supply Of Electricity Should Be Based On The Principles Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Items 43, 516, 607, As Amended), The Civil Code And The Implementing Acts Issued On Their Basis, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of November 29, 2022 On The Method Of Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Electricity Trade (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 904, As Amended). 4.1.2. Electricity Should Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act And Polish Standards. 4.1.3. The Contractor Should Determine The Value Of The Subject Of The Order Taking Into Account The Costs Of Electricity Supply And Electricity Distribution Services, Calculated In Accordance With The Above. Legal Acts And All Other Costs And Fees. 4.1.4. The Place Of Electricity Supply Is 77 Electricity Consumption Points, Three Of Which Are Connected To Micro-Installations With A Capacity Of Up To 50.00 Kw Each. 4.1.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz). 4.1.6. The Estimated Demand For Electricity For The Employers Facilities In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Is 5,808,517 Kwh - Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
