Tenders are invited for Proposed Construction of College of Medical Sciences (Phase 1) Building SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION AND FINANCIAL BID DOCUMENTS Bidders are to obtain tender documents from the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, Rivers State University at a non-refundable tender fee of Ten thousand naira (10,000) only paid into Rivers State University account. A copy of payment receipt must also be attached to financial documents Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Vice-Chancellor, Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and clearly marked with (with the name of the project and lot number boldly written on top of the envelope. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the Company name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box not later than 12:00 noon on Monday 27th July, 2026.
