Tenders are invited for Training on Cashew Business Planning and Development Objective The training aims to empower the ACs with the skills and knowledge necessary to develop collective sustainable cashew nut business, thereby enhancing their economic resilience and self-sufficiency. The specific objective of this consultancy is to provide two comprehensive training courses to ACs on Cashew Business Planning and Development. Deliverables Complete two 3-day training courses on Cashew Business Planning and Development to 23 ACs supported by AFD and DPA one course in Preah Vihear to 18 ACs Representatives and 9 Commune Agriculture Officers (CAOs) and another course in Kampong Thom province to 28 ACs Representatives and 14 CAOs using ILO standards, either 1) Generate Your Business Idea (GYB), 2) Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB), or 3) Expand Your Business (EYB). Submit a comprehensive training report, which also includes draft cashew business plans of the 23 ACs developed during the trainings following their 5-year Strategic Plan. 4. Consultants Responsibilities Develop and submit a comprehensive proposal outlining the approaches, methodologies, and timelines for these assignment Work closely with AFD staff to finalize detailed methodologies and a work plan for executing the training. Conduct training based on an agreed workplan. Support the 23 ACs to develop their cashew business plans as the main outputs from the trainings. 5. Timeframe and Schedule The schedule for the consultancy will be developed by the consultant and approved by AFD in a consultative process. However, the two training courses should not be delivered after the end of August 2026. 6.
