Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services to Improve Aquasun Operational Sustainability of the Agribusiness Development Program in Cabo Verde The objective of the assignment is to provide a comprehensive and actionable evaluation of the proposed hydroponics technology, supporting sound investment decisions and effective procurement. This includes rigorously assessing readiness for implementation, with a focus on the technologys aappropriateness, cost efficiency, and capacity to meet market demand. Specifically, the assignment will update and validate technical and financial assumptions, independently review proposed technologies and financial models, identify key risks and mitigation measures, and prepare procurement-ready Terms of Reference for the selection of EPC contractors, in accordance with African Development Bank standards and international good practice. The Aquasun Group invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest in providing consulting services for this assignment. Interested firms shall submit information demonstrating their qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services, including: (i) general details on your firms legal status, years of operation, and core areas of expertise relevant to technology assessment, and project preparation; (ii) a list and brief description of similar assignments undertaken in comparable contexts, supported by references or evidence of past performance; (iii) an overview of the firms technical and human resource capacity relevant to the assignment, including expertise in financial analysis, technical feasibility, procurement, and environmental and social risk considerations; and (iv) any other information deemed relevant. Consulting firms may associate or form joint ventures to enhance their qualifications.
