The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction And Restoration To A Condition Enabling Its Intended Use Of The Building Of The Social Welfare Home In Szczawno, Damaged As A Result Of A Fire. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), This Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), The Administrative Decision - The Decision To Authorize The Reconstruction Of The Dps Szczawno Building, Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Construction Law, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, Applicable Polish Standards And Technical Approvals, In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Procedure Documents For The Award Of The Contract, As Well As In Accordance With The Provisions Of Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection And Other Applicable Regulations Regarding The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of All Tests, Examinations, Measurements, Start-Ups And Acceptances Required By Law And Obtaining - On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of The Granted Powers Of Attorney - All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions, Consents And Other Documents Necessary To Complete The Investment And Allow The Facility To Be Used, In Particular Obtaining A Decision On The Use Permit (If Required), Positive Positions And Acceptances Of The Competent Authorities, Including The State Fire Service, The State Sanitary Inspection, The Office Of Technical Inspection, As Well As Other Arrangements And Acceptances Required By Applicable Regulations. Whenever Trademarks Or Proper Names Of Materials Appear In The Documentation, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials. Equivalent Material Should Be Understood As One That Has The Same Or Similar Parameters To Those Specified In The Documentation And Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. This Means That An Equivalent Product Does Not Have To Have Identical Features But Must Have Features And Parameters Similar To The Reference Product.
