The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Entitled: Zapusta-Kałużna Access Road To Agricultural Land - Stage Ii. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations In This Regard, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320). The Task Includes The Reconstruction Of A Section Of District Road No. 2449D On A Length Of 620 Meters In The Town Of Zapusta-Kałużna. The Investment Area Runs Partly Through An Undeveloped Area And Partly In A Built-Up Area. The Scope Of Works Includes Replacement Of Culverts Under The Road And Exits, Reconstruction And Profiling Of Drainage Ditches, Construction Of Exits To Municipal Roads, Properties And Agricultural Land. It Is Planned To Reconstruct The Road With A Full Structure With A Sub-Base, A Road Surface Consisting Of A Wearing Course And A Binding Layer 4.5 M Wide. It Was Planned To Reconstruct And Supplement The Roadsides With Stone Material, As Well As To Implement Permanent Traffic Organization In Accordance With The Design Prepared By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Also Prepare Temporary Traffic Organization Designs And Implement Them For The Duration Of The Works. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Work Necessary To Properly Complete The Task. Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Employers Requirements And The Terms Of The Agreement. Before The Final Acceptance Of The Works, Complete Documents And Declarations Required In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended) Must Be Prepared And Collected, Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit. The Contractor Should Obtain An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Employer (If Required). As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Following Should Be Prepared: As-Built Documentation With A Set Of Documents Confirming The Quality Of The Built-In Materials And Required Tests, As Well As A Geodetic Survey (Collaudation), With Reporting To Geodetic Resources And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit (If Required By Decisions). The Price Of The Offer Should Include: - Approval And Implementation Of Replacement Traffic Organization For The Planned Works In The Area, - Removal And Management, In Accordance With The Waste Act, Of Waste Materials From Demolition Not Suitable For Re-Incorporation - Transport Of Demolition Materials Suitable For Re-Incorporation To The Pzd Site Or Indicated Storage Place.
