The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Called Construction Of A New Building, Superstructure And Modernization Of The Mental Health Center Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure In The Independent Public Health Care Complex In Leżajsk. The Order Covers The Implementation Of Construction Works In Two Stages. Stage I Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party, Including The Construction Of A New Building Of The Mental Health Center Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, As Well As The Reconstruction Of Mv Cable Lines. Stage Ii Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula And Includes The Development Of Design Documentation, Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Permits, Adaptation Of Rooms, Superstructure And Modernization Of Psychiatric Buildings, Modernization Of Access Roads And Construction Of New Parking Spaces, Delivery And Installation Of A 75 Kw Photovoltaic Installation And Performance Of All Works And Activities Necessary To Put The Facility Into Operation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
