Polish Firefighters In Kowale Pańskie - Cologne Purchase Of Approximately 18,000 Liters Of Fuel Oil; C) Primary School. Colonel Pil. St. J. Skarżyński In Skarżyno, Purchase Of Approximately 17,000 Liters Of Fuel Oil; D) Primary School. Jana Pawła Ii In Tokary, Purchase Of Approximately 20,000 Liters Of Fuel Oil. In Total, Purchase Of Approximately 75,000 Liters Of Fuel Oil.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Given Amounts Of Fuel Oil Are Estimates And Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party.4. The Supplier Is Obliged To Deliver Heating Oil Using Its Own Transport And At Its Own Expense In The Quantities Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party, Up To The Amount Of The Order, Within A Maximum Of 3 Business Days (In Accordance With The Contractors Offer) From The Date Of Notifying The Contractor Of The Demand. The Road Tanker Should Be Equipped With A Distribution Device - A Measuring Installation For Liquid Fuels And Have A Valid Legalization/Certification Certificate For The Distribution Devices In The Tanker On The Day Of Delivery. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach A Fuel Oil Quality Certificate To Each Delivery, Confirming Compliance With The Conditions Specified In This Tender.5. Fuel Oil Must Meet The Technical Parameters Provided For This Type Of Fuel According To The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024 For The L-1 Grade (Or Equivalent Standard): 1) Density At 15ºc Not Higher Than 860 Kg/M3,2) Ignition Temperature Not Lower Than 56ºc,3) Kinematic Viscosity At 20ºc Not Higher Than 6.0 Mm2/S,4) Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.100 %/ (M/M),5) Residue After Coking In 10% Of Distillation Residue Not More Than 0.3 %/M/M,6) Residue After Ashing Not More Than 0.010 % (M/M),7) Water Content Not More Than 200 Mg/Kg,8) Content Of Solid Impurities Not More Than 24 Mg/Kg,9) Calorific Value Not Less Than 42.6 Mj/Kg, 10) Pour Point Not Higher Than – 20ºc. 11) Fractional Composition: A) Up To A Temperature Of 250Oc, Not More Than 65% (V/V) Is Distilled, B) Up To A Temperature Of 350Oc, Not Less Than 85% (V/V) Is Distilled.6. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Total Demand For Heating Oil During The Period Covered By The Order In The Amount Of 75,000 Liters. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Deliveries Depending On The Needs, But Not By More Than 15,000 Liters, And To Increase The Number Of Deliveries On The Basis Of Option Law, Described In § 1 Section 3 Letter B Of The Contract Template, Up To A Total Maximum Quantity Of 90,000 Liters.
