4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works On The Historic Manor House In Żulice. Building Location: Żulice; Journal No. 217; Precinct: Żulice; Record Unit: Telatyn. The Building And The Investment Area Are Entered In The Register Of Immovable Monuments Of The Lublin Voivodeship Under No. A/468 As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Day Home - Strength Of The Telatyn Community, Consisting In The Modernization And Adaptation Of The Western Part Of The Building For The Needs Of The Day Care Home. The Works Will Be Carried Out In A Facility Entered In The Register Of Monuments And Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And The Requirements Resulting From The Regulations Regarding The Protection Of Monuments. The Scope Of Work Includes Rooms Located On The Ground Floor Of The Building, I.E.: Boiler Room, Sanitary Rooms, Communication, Utility Room, Kitchen And Canteen, With A Total Usable Area Of 117.84 M² And Cubature Of 406.55 M³. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Scope Of Works And Technical And Quality Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In The Documents Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Including In Particular Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And Bills Of Quantities Works.4.2 . An Underground Cylinder For Liquid Gas.4.3 On-Site Visit. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of The Contractor Carrying Out A Site Visit In Order To Assess The Condition Of The Investment And Its Significant Implementation Conditions. The Ordering Party Will Set The Date Of The On-Site Inspection After Receiving The Contractors Declaration Of Willingness To Carry Out The Inspection. The On-Site Visit Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Representative.
