1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Equipment Warehouse Building In Tursko Małe.2. The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With: A) Technical Documentation, B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works By Stwiorb, C) Material Scope Of Works - Order, 3. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Move The Existing Air Conditioner (Appendix 1B) To The Place Indicated In Attachment 1A (The Exact Location To Be Agreed With The User).4. The Attached Technical Documentation - Constitutes The Basis For The Execution Of The Works, 5. The Attached Scope Of Works - Orders - Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Does Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation Of The Works, 6. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Construction Practice, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, 7. After Completion Of The Works, The Plot Area As Well As The Adjacent Area Should Be Brought To A Proper Condition And The Construction Site Should Be Tidied Up, 8. Basic Conditions And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Task In Question: A) If There Is A High Level Of Groundwater, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Continuous Drainage Of Earthworks According To Its Own Technology At The Offered Lump Sum Price Of The Task, B) The Contractor Will, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, Perform Surveying Services For The Task, Including Post-Construction Inventory, By An Authorized Surveyor In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, C) The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Control Of The Works And The Quality Of Materials Used To Complete The Order By Itself And Its Subcontractors, D) Upon Delivery Materials And Devices To Be Incorporated In The Investment Implementation Process, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Certificates, Technical Approvals Or Other Equivalent Documents, E) The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Be Obliged To Properly Organize The Construction Site, F) The Contractor Shall Secure All Utilities On His Own And At His Own Expense, G) The Ordering Party Prohibits The Use Of Materials Harmful To The Environment. Materials That Do Not Meet The Requirements Will Be Removed From The Construction Site At The Contractors Expense, H) The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect The Stored Materials, Tools And Equipment Against Destruction, Damage, Theft, And Danger To Third Parties, I) The Contractor Cannot In Any Case Refer To The Possible Omission Of Some Works In The Bills Of Quantities Provided By The Ordering Party, Which Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature And Their Content Cannot Constitute The Basis For Any Claims. The Basis Of The Order Is The Design Documentation And Other Tender Documents Constituting The Swz, And The Remuneration Is A Lump Sum, The Definition Of Which Is Set Out In Article 632 Of The Civil Code. J) The Works Will Be Carried Out At An Operational Facility. K) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain An Occupancy Permit - If Required, Or Prepare And Su
