A) The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Construction Work Consisting In The Construction Of A Sidewalk At Ul. Lubocka.B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of: • Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; • Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz;• Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz;• Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.C) If The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Appendix To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By. The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Aimed To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order.
