The Contractors Obligations Will Include: A) Performance Of All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With This Agreement, Materials For Reporting Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities And Currently Applicable Polish Standards, Construction Law, Executive Acts Issued On Its Basis And Other Applicable Legal Provisions In This Respect, B) Developing A Work Implementation Schedule; C) Ensuring The Necessary Surveying Services, Marking Out Facilities And Preparing And Agreeing On An As-Built Surveying Inventory Of The Subject Of The Agreement And Submitting It To The Ordering Party In 2 Copies In The Version Paper, D) Arrangement, Development And Security Of The Construction Site And Works As Well As Maintenance Of The Above-Mentioned.
