Scope Of The Order: • Preparatory Works, • Demolition Works, Dismantling, Removal And Disposal, • Construction Of A Safe Surface In Accordance With The Design, • Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment And Small Architecture Elements In Accordance With The Design, • Transfer Of Lighting Lamps, • Construction Of A Lawn From A Roll, • Construction Of Irrigation, • Cleaning And Finishing Works, • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule Approved By The Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Offer Cost Estimate To The Ordering Party For Review No Later Than 3 Business Days Before Concluding The Agreement. 4. The Detailed Method Of Execution As Well As The Scope And Type Of Individual Works Covering The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Construction Design And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.5. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Additional Element, Not Used To Calculate The Offer Price. 6. In The Bill Of Quantities, In Item 9 Small Architecture - Coat Hanger, An Additional 1 Piece Of Coat Hanger Should Be Added.
