Bill Of Quantities - This Is Auxiliary Material Specifying The Elements Of The Works To Be Performed By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Above-Mentioned Elements In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Knowledge And Art, Design Documentation And In Accordance With The Obligations Specified In The Contract, Annex No. 8.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Minimum Guarantee And Warranty For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order. 5. The Contractor As A Waste Producer Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Section 3 Point 32 Of The Waste Act, The Entity Is Obliged To Manage (Export And Dispose Of) At Its Own Expense The Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Task, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 6. Use Of Materials, Equivalent Devices: If At Any Point In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And Its Annexes, I.E. The Bills Of Quantities, The Manufacturers Name, Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of The Materials Or Devices Used To Perform The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Are Indicated, This Should Be Treated As An Exemplary Solution Specifying The Standards, Appearance And Technical Requirements - And The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99(6) Of The Public Procurement Law Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials And Devices. The Ordering Party Allows Any Market Equivalents With Parameters Equal To Or Better Than Those Indicated.
