Jaśminowa 11/1D In Elbląg, Plot No. 246/2, Precinct 11, Aimed At Helping People With Disabilities Lead An Independent Life While Providing Appropriate Support. The Ordering Party Informs That The Project Will Be Covered By A Subsidy Pursuant To Art. 150 Of The Act Of 27 August 2009 On Public Finances (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1483, As Amended) In Connection With Art. 17 Section 1 Point 12 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) And Measure 4.4 Creation Of Training Or Supported Housing For Disabled People Resulting From The Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life Adopted By Resolution No. 160 Of The Council Of Ministers Of December 20 2016 On The Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life (M.P., Item 1250), Amended By Resolution No. 189 Of The Council Of Ministers Of December 27, 2021 (M.P. Of 2022, Item 64) And Resolution No. 5 Of The Council Of Ministers Of January 17, 2025 (M.P., Item 113).
