The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Providing Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Bridge Along District Road No. 3D In Lądek-Zdrój, Km 0+479 [Flood - September 2024]2. The Service Includes Performing The Duties Of An Investor Supervision Inspector In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, Contract Provisions, Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Administrative Decisions, Terms Of Industry Arrangements And Other Documents Regarding The Implementation Of The Investment.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities And The Requirements Regarding The Method Of Providing The Service Are Set Out In Annex No. 11 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).4. Design Documentation Regarding The Investment Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Indicated In Annex No. 12 To The Swz List Of Design Documentation, Containing A List Of Documents And An Indication Of The Place Where They Are Made Available.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
