The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation For The Adaptation Of The Basement Of The Primary School Building In Orzechowo, Ul. Szkolna 18, 62-322 Orzechowo, To Serve As An Emergency Shelter (Mds), Preceded By An Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Facility And Its Installations, Including A Technical Expertise. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into The Following Stages: Stage I - Performance Of A Technical Expertise. Stage I Includes The Performance Of A Technical Expertise And Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Facility And Its Installations To The Extent Necessary To Confirm The Technical And Legal Possibility Of Adapting The Existing Basement Rooms For The Needs Of Organizing The Place. Emergency Shelter (Mds), In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular With The Requirements Resulting From The Regulations Regarding Emergency Shelter Places And The Provisions Of The Construction Law. The Technical Expertise Should, In Particular, Determine The Feasibility Of Implementing The Planned Project, Indicate The Existing Technical Conditions And The Scope Of Necessary Adaptation Activities, And Constitute The Basis For Making A Decision On Further Implementation Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Submit To The Ordering Party A Complete Technical Expertise Within The Period Specified In The Order Documents, No Longer Than 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Stage Ii - Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With The Remaining Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. Stage Ii Includes The Development Of Comprehensive Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, All Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions And Building Permits Required By Law, Or Making An Effective Notification Of Construction Works - If Required. The Implementation Of Stage Ii Will Only Take Place In The Event Of A Positive Result Of The Technical Expertise Confirming The Technical And Legal Feasibility Of Adapting The Facility To The Planned Function Of The Emergency Shelter. (Mds). If The Expert Opinion States That There Is No Such Possibility, Stage Ii Will Not Be Implemented, And The Ordering Party Will Settle Only The Properly Completed And Accepted Stage I, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. The Aim Of Developing The Design Documentation Is To Adapt The Existing Basement Rooms By Separating And Adapting A Free Area Of Approximately 532.37 M², Providing Shelter For Approximately 295 People, Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility And The Needs Of People With Disabilities. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Performing Authors Supervision Within The Scope Specified In The Order Documents And Any Other Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract.
