The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Electricity To The Consumption Points Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - List Of Energy Consumption Points 4. In This Procedure, It Is Provided That The Ordering Party May, During The Duration Of The Contract, Invest In The Construction Of Generation Installations That Will Be Linked To The Energy Consumption Points Listed In Annexes No. 1A And 1B To The Swz. The Contractor Undertakes To Balance And Repurchase Electricity Generated By The Ordering Party Under The Contract Used By The Contractor. Settlements Of Electricity Generated Will Be Carried Out According To The Weighted Average Monthly Base Price For The Day Ahead Market Published At Www.Tge.Pl In The Monthly Report By The Polish Power Exchange (Tge) For The Settlement Cycle.5.
