Tenders Are Invited For Transportation Of Children With Disabilities To Specialized Educational Institutions In The 2026/2027 School Year

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport And Pick-Up Services For Students With Disabilities From Their Residential Address In The Commune. Lubsza To Educational Institutions In Brzeg And Kup. 2) The Total Number Of Children Transported And Taken Back Was 13 (Including 10 Children To Brzeg And 3 Children To Kup). Please Note That The Number Of Students May Change During The Service Period. 3) Children Being Transported And Dropped Off Must Be Cared For By A Guardian During Journeys, With At Least 1 Guardian Per Vehicle. For Safety Reasons, The Driver Cannot Be A Guardian. 4) Children Will Be Picked Up At Specific Residential Addresses In The Lubsza Commune. 5) Children Will Be Transported To Indicated Educational Institutions In The Towns Of Brzeg And Kup 6) Transport Will Be Carried Out By Means Of A Rolling Stock Of Cars, On School Days In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027, In Accordance With The School Year Calendar Approved By The Minister Of National Education (Taking Into Account Making Up For Classes On Saturdays). 7) If It Is Necessary To Transport A Pre-School Child, The Transport Will Take Place In Accordance With The Organization Of The Kindergartens Work, Also During Breaks. 8) To Calculate The Offer Price, The Estimated Total Number Of Kilometers To Be Traveled On All Routes During The Order Execution Period Determined By The Ordering Party Should Be Taken Into Account. 9) The Number Of Kilometers May Change Due To Changes In The Lesson Plan Or Student Absences And Will Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis By The Contractor. 10) The Given Number Of Children Is Valid As Of The Date Of Preparation Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Is Expected To Change During The School Year. 11) The Contractor Will Have To Adapt The Number Of Vehicles Used For Transport To The Actual Needs So That The Child Transport Service Is Provided Properly And On Time. 12) A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.1.2.1.
