The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor, Manufactured No Later Than In 2025, Adapted To Travel On Public Roads, Together With Brand New Accessories, Manufactured No Later Than In 2025, I.E. A Multi-Function Boom (Hydraulic Arm), Intended For Work Related To The Maintenance Of District Roads.2. The Contractor Will Deliver A Complete Agricultural Tractor With The Accessories Listed Above, Along With The Necessary Equipment And Documents, To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. The District Office In Zgierz, Ul. Sadowa 6A, 95-100 Zgierz, At Your Own Expense And Risk.3. The Delivered Agricultural Tractor Should Have Equipment And Technical Parameters Appropriate And Necessary For Mounting, Driving, Controlling And Working With The Offered Equipment Included In The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Offered Agricultural Tractor Should Be Admitted To Trading In The Territory Of Poland And Adapted To Traffic On Public Roads In The Territory Of Poland, In Particular It Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On Technical Conditions Vehicles And Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended) 5. The Offered Equipment Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 21, 2008 On Essential Requirements For Machines (Journal Of Laws Of 2008, No. 199, Item 1228, As Amended).6. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of Co-Financing From The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management.8. Detailed Guidelines Regarding The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Following Studies: 1) Draft Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz;2) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.9. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 10. The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or Detailed Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. It Is Allowed To Use Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party.
