1. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Task: Preparation Of Documentation For: 1) Construction Of A Multi-Functional Hall With A Place To Hide People On Level -1 2) Construction Of An Accommodation Base Motel With A Place To Hide People On Level -1. The Scope Of The Task Includes Preparation Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions And Permits And Other Documents Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit. The Documentation Should Be Developed Based On The Attached Architectural Concept, Annex No. 1, With A Change Of Purpose Of The Rooms At The Basement Level To A Place Where Category U-1 Is Hidden, Which Should Be Designed In Accordance With, Among Others, Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration Of November 4, 2025 On Technical Conditions For Protective Structures And Technical Conditions For Their Use And Location. In The Investment Area, Design Documentation For The Road System Covered By The Zrid Decision Is Currently Being Developed - Annex No. 2, Which Should Be Included In The Documentation Covered By The Order, I.E. Take Into Account Elevation Ordinates As Well As Link The Communication System Of The Designed Buildings With The Designed Roads And Sidewalks. The Road System Covered By The Zrid Decision Is A Superior Document To The Road System Developed In The Architectural Concept. Differences/Shifts Between The Road System Of The Architectural Concept And The Road System Covered By The Zrid Decision Are Reflected In Annex No. 2A. The Documentation Should Be Developed In A Way That Enables The Announcement Of Two Separate Orders/Tender Procedures For Construction Works, I.E. 1 - Hiding Places At The Basement Level In Both Buildings And 2 - Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Hall And The Motel Accommodation Base Along With The Development Of The Area Near These Buildings. The Scope Of The Task Also Includes The Design Of A Connector With The Existing Swimming Pool Building. Motel Building. Annex No. 1A Defines The Area Covered By A Separate Development Of Documentation Titled: Development Of Technical Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Sports Hall With A Place To Hide People On Level -1. The Ordering Party Allows For A Change In The Location Of The Designed Buildings And Other Land Development Elements In Relation To The Architectural Concept. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cooperate With The Contractor Of The Road Task And The Sports Hall Construction Project. The Scope Of The Study Does Not Include: Graduation Towers With Facilities Medical Facilities, Shelters For Individual Recreation, Recreational Walking And Cycling Routes With Infrastructure, Places For Campers, Road Lighting Implemented As Part Of A Road Task. 2. The Task Should Include:  Development Of A Map For Design Purposes,  Preparation Of An Application And Obtaining A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Investme
