1. Due To The Existing And Planned Mining Operations, It Is Necessary To Prepare Construction Documentation For An Engineering Structure - A Road Viaduct (From The North) Along Dw 933 (Ul. Pszczyńska) In Jastrzębie-Zdrój. The Scope Of The Documentation In Question Will Include: − Mining Forecast And Kinetic Analysis Of The Engineering Facility, − Rectification Project Of The Engineering Facility, − Construction Design And Executive Design Regarding The Adaptation Of The Engineering Facility In Question To Transfer The Proceeds Of Subsequent Exploitation. The Contractor Of The Documentation Is Also Obliged To Prepare: − Investors Cost Estimate And Bills Of Quantities, − Perform Authors Supervision, − Prepare A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, During The Design, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Field Visits And Perform Geodetic Measurements. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organizing Monthly Consultations With Representatives Of The Mining Plant And The Ordering Party. The Documentation Should Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Construction Law (Especially Article 20), Regulations Regarding Technical Conditions, The Scope And Form Of The Construction Design, Standards And In Accordance With The Construction Art. The Contractor Is Obliged To Appropriately Approve The Completed Construction Documentation - Obtain A Building Permit Or Notification (In Accordance With The Construction Law). Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793), The Ordering Party Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Pzp, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Technical Documentation.
