4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Special Fire Truck Adapted To Transport 9 People For The Volunteer Fire Department In Rudnik Nad San As Part Of The Task Entitled: Ensuring The Combat Readiness Of The Fire Protection Unit Included In The National Rescue And Fire-Fighting System. 4.2. The Offered Car Must Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Complete, Free From Manufacturing And Legal Defects, Made Using Safe Technologies And Ready For Immediate Operation - Use Without Incurring Additional Financial Outlays.4.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Equipped With All Operating Fluids And Refueled To The Minimum Amount Of Fuel Specified By The Manufacturer.4.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With Applicable Standards And Regulations, And In Particular Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Road Traffic Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) Together With The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, And Must Come From An Authorized Sales Channel, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights.4.5. The Vehicle Chassis Must Have A Type Approval Certificate In Accordance With Separate Regulations. If The Installation Conditions Specified By The Chassis Manufacturer Are Exceeded, A Type Approval Certificate For The Complete Vehicle And The Chassis Manufacturers Consent To Perform The Installation Are Required.
