Tenders Are Invited For Organization Of A Business Meeting For Uke Employees To Discuss Budget Plans For 2026-2027 And The Implementation Of Ukes Tasks In 2027.

The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Business Meeting For Employees Of The Office Of Electronic Communications, Hereinafter Referred To As Uke. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Following Services: A) Hotel (Including Providing Accommodation, Parking Spaces And A Conference Room For Organizing The Meeting), B) Catering And Restaurant Services, For The Purpose Of Organizing And Conducting A Meeting For Uke Employees. The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Hotel (At Least 4 Stars) Located In The Republic Of Poland At A Driving Distance Of Greater Than 50 Km From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party Located At Ul. Giełdowa 7/9, 01-211 Warsaw (Excluding Hotels In The City Of Warsaw). The Distance (In Kilometers) Will Be Checked By The Ordering Party According To The Shortest Route In Kilometers Determined By The Website Www.Google.Pl/Maps. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Organize A Business Meeting For A Maximum Of 25 Employees Of The Ordering Party, Including The Meeting Service. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Meeting Participants By A Maximum Of 5 People. A Detailed List Of People Registered By The Ordering Party To Participate In The Business Meeting Will Be Provided After Signing The Agreement, No Later Than 5 Calendar Days Before The Start Of The Meeting. The Contractors Total Remuneration Will Be Calculated As The Product Of The Number Of Participants Who Participated In The Meeting And The Cost Per Participant. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Nominate Other Persons To Replace Those Absent Up To And Including The Start Of The Working Meeting. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Contract.
