1.Przedmiotem Zamówienia Jest Usługa, W Rozumieniu Art. 7 Point 28 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In The Development Of A Program And Spatial Concept Together With A Functional And Utility Program For The Investment Entitled Construction Of A Municipal Road, Located At The Bydgoszcz Industrial Park Road Junction (S10 Expressway) And Connecting Zakłady Chemiczne Nitro-Chem S.A. (Real Estate No. 1/45 In Area 0136) With The Planned Section Of The Provincial Road. The Main Purpose Of The Order Is To Develop An Optimal Solution For The Construction Of Transport Infrastructure, In Consultation With The City Of Bydgoszcz And Zakłady Chemiczne Nitro-Chem S.A. The Order Is Financed By Zakłady Chemiczne Nitro-Chem S.A. The Scope Of Work To Be Carried Out Under This Order Includes The Following Implementation Stages: 1) Preparation Of Starting Materials For Design - Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes (Inventory Of The Area With An Inventory Of Underground Utilities, Industry Interviews, Etc.), Performance Of Work Aimed At Identifying Geotechnical Conditions, Environmental Inventory; 2) Development Of A Multi-Variant Concept Programmatic And Spatial, Allowing For The Preparation Of An Order Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation And Obtaining Administrative Decisions Enabling The Execution Of Investment Tasks Or Design And Build Tasks; 3) Preparation Of A Functional And Utility Program With Particular Emphasis On The Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Corresponding To The Content Of The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (For The Selected Implementation Variant). 4) Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions, In Accordance With The Act Of October 3, 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Scope And Conditions Of Contract Performance Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement With Annexes, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, And In The Template Of The Offer Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
