The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Multi-Disciplinary Design And Cost Estimate Documentation (Including Bills Of Quantities) Necessary For The Construction Of A Protective Structure - A Place Of Concealment Of The U3 Category And Functional Connection Of It With The Existing Facilities Of The European Center For Medical Care And Family Assistance In Zgierz Care Spółka Z O. O., At Ul. Dubois 17. 2. The Planned Protective Structure Will Constitute An Element Of Security Infrastructure, Intended To Ensure The Protection Of Employees And Patients Staying In The Building In The Event Of Crisis Situations Or Threats, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Oli Oc Program.3. Task: Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Protective Structure - Hiding Category U-3 For 300 Employees And Patients Of The European Center For Medical Care And Family Assistance In Zgierz Care Spółka Z O. O., Located In Zgierz At Ul. Dubois 17, Is Financed/Subsidized By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Complete Multi-Discipline Design/Cost Estimate Documentation And Obtain All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Design Reports And Other Documents Required By Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law And Other Specific Regulations. In Addition, The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared Based On The Requirements Specified In Section Ii, Section 4 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law And The Implementing Provisions Of This Act. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Design Documentation The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And For All Users, In Accordance With Art. 100 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.6.
